TCG Planet is an Australian online retailer specialising in trading card game products, including Japanese and Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours, packaging and minor product details may vary from images shown due to manufacturing changes, screen settings or regional packaging differences.

Unless otherwise stated, products described as sealed are supplied as sealed retail products.

3. Trading Card Products

Trading card products may contain randomly assorted cards.

TCG Planet does not guarantee:

• Specific cards or characters inside sealed products
• Particular card rarities
• Pull rates
• Investment or resale value
• Future market value
• Factory print quality of individual cards

Purchasing a sealed trading card product does not guarantee that any particular card will be obtained.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Trading card products can experience significant changes in market price and availability. A later increase or decrease in market value does not entitle a customer to a price adjustment after an order has been completed.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Inventory information was incorrect
• Payment cannot be processed
• There is an obvious pricing or listing error
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Orders may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

TCG Planet does not directly store complete credit or debit card information entered through third-party payment providers.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to the shipping methods and rates displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and fluctuations in market value, we do not generally accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product Availability

Product availability may change quickly, particularly for limited-release and collectible trading card products.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product until checkout has been successfully completed.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for the TCG Planet website, including website design, original text, graphics and TCG Planet branding, belongs to TCG Planet or is used with permission.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our original website content without permission.

Pokémon and other third-party names, trademarks, characters and product artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

TCG Planet is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website:
