Return & Refund Policy

At TCG Planet, we take care to supply genuine, accurately described Pokémon TCG products and pack orders securely for delivery.

Change of Mind

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, fluctuations in market value and the importance of maintaining sealed product integrity, TCG Planet does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, significantly different from its description, damaged when received, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant

This information helps us assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Trading card products sold as factory sealed should remain sealed unless being opened for their intended use.

Opening a trading card product does not remove any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. However, we do not accept opened products for change-of-mind returns.

Individual card pulls, card rarity, card condition resulting from factory packaging, print quality or the contents of randomly assorted booster packs are not guaranteed by TCG Planet unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law where it would be unlawful to do so.
